A great side dish which can be made the day before.

- 5 cups of good quality frozen green peas
- 1 beef bouillon cube - crumbled
- 1 package of Boursin cheese (herb or pepper)

Cook peas in boiling water until just done (don't overcook).
Rinse in ice cold water and drain until dry.
Repeat with second half of ingredients. Mix both batches together.
Serve at room temperature or warm slightly.
